1. Ride Booking Cancellations

  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver more than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, Cabunion may approve a full refund.
  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver within 3 hours of the scheduled start time, Cabunion may approve a partial refund.
  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, Cabunion may decline the refund request.
  • For emergencies, users may contact customer support for a special review.
