If you are a registered agent or driver, we may collect additional details such as:

d. KYC and Identity Verification Information

CabUnion is a platform exclusively for registered drivers and travel agents. As part of mandatory onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements, drivers and agents are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

  • Aadhaar card and Driving License
  • Photograph/selfie

This information is collected solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and partner requirements. KYC data is securely processed and accessed only by authorized personnel or trusted verification partners, and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only to provide and improve our services. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Process cab bookings and manage trip requests
  • Connect customers with drivers and agents
  • Process platform payments securely through Razorpay
  • Send confirmations, invoices, or service-related updates
  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes

3. Payment Processing

All payments are handled through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway. We do not store your complete payment information (like card details or UPI PINs). Razorpay’s privacy and security policies apply to all transactions processed through their systems.

We only share data under these conditions:

  • With Drivers or Agents: To facilitate a booking you requested.
  • With Payment Processors (Razorpay): For secure transaction handling.
