1. Ride Booking Refunds

Refunds will be issued strictly according to the Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, if any, are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of Cabunion. Approval of a refund does not imply ownership of funds by drivers, agents, or users.

  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver more than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, Cabunion may approve a full refund.
  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver within 3 hours of the scheduled start time, Cabunion may approve a partial refund.
  • If a trip is cancelled by the driver within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, Cabunion may decline the refund request.
  • If a trip is cancelled by an agent, Cabunion may approve a refund after internal verification.

2. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Cabunion to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway operations.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Platform service fees, convenience charges, or operational charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless expressly approved by Cabunion.
