Refund Policy

1. Ride Booking Refunds

Refunds will be issued strictly according to the Cancellation Policy:

  • If Cancel by driver before 3 hours → Full refund
  • If Cancel by driver within 3 hours → 50% refund
  • If Cancel by driver within 1 hour → No refund
  • If Cancel by Agent within any time frame → Full refund

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within30 min. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment gateway.

3. Subscription Refunds (Future Feature)

Users may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase once subscriptions are launched.

4. Wallet Refunds (Future Feature)

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable as per RBI guidelines unless legally required.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Convenience or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
