Welcome to Cabunion, a product of Kridha Travel World (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.cabunion.com, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Cabunion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Services Overview

Cabunion provides a technology platform that enables drivers and travel agents to discover, manage, and complete trip opportunities and related operational services. In future, Cabunion may also offer additional services such as:

  • Hotel and flight bookings
  • Wallet and subscription features for easier payments and offers

These features are not currently active and will be governed by updated terms if and when introduced.

2. Account Registration

Users may need to register using their name, contact number, and email address. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep it updated. Cabunion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false or fraudulent information is detected.

3. Payments

All payments made through the Platform are collected by Cabunion as platform service fees. Cabunion, at its discretion, may compensate drivers and agents for services rendered based on internal review, trip completion status, and operational policies. Cabunion does not provide wallet services, does not maintain balances for users, and does not hold or settle funds on behalf of drivers or agents.

4. Commission and Agent Program

Drivers and agents are independent service providers who may receive service compensation from Cabunion for services performed using the Platform. Compensation eligibility, amounts, and payout timing are determined solely by Cabunion and may vary based on internal review, disputes, or policy violations. Cabunion does not guarantee any minimum compensation.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Ride Bookings:
    - Cancel more than 3 hours before pickup → No cancellation charge.
    - Cancel within 3 hours of pickup → 50% cancellation charge.
    - Cancel within 1 hour of pickup → 100% cancellation charge (no refund).
    - For emergencies, users may contact customer support for special review.
  • Subscription Cancellations (Upcoming Feature):Users will be able to cancel subscriptions anytime through account settings.
  • Any refunds, if approved, are processed at Cabunion’s discretion and do not imply ownership of funds by drivers or agents.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for ride bookings will be issued strictly according to the Cancellation Policy listed above.
  • Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
  • Subscription Refunds (Future Feature):Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase once subscriptions go live.
  • Convenience fees or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Payout Release Rules

  • Completion of a trip does not automatically entitle any driver or agent to payment. Compensation eligibility is determined by Cabunion based on internal verification, dispute checks, and operational reviews.
  • Trips may be marked as completed only after a minimum review period of 24 hours from the time of acceptance to ensure service validity and prevent misuse.
  • Approved compensation amounts, if any, are processed according to Cabunion’s internal payout cycle. Payout timelines may vary due to operational, compliance, or banking factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cabunion acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for service quality, delays, or losses caused by third parties. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid to Cabunion for the disputed transaction to the extent permitted by law.

Cabunion does not hold or safeguard funds on behalf of drivers or agents.

8. Data and Privacy

Cabunion collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect basic contact details for communication and do not share data with unaffiliated third parties without consent, except as required to provide services (e.g., drivers, agents, payment processors) or as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, design elements, and content on the Platform belong to Kridha Travel World. Users may not copy or reproduce any material without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana (India).
